 Caveman Diet Foods To Lose Weight

This diet is based on what we would have eaten before processed food. Try to avoid processed food such as tinned vegetables or salted roasted nuts. This diet plan can be repeated as often as you like.

 
DAY 1 Menu
Breakfast: One grapefruit and one glass orange juice.
Lunch: One tossed salad with nuts
Snack: An apple.
Dinner: One rotisserie chicken with two servings of vegetables.
DAY 2 Menu
Breakfast: Two eggs and slices bacon, along with one glass OJ.
Lunch: Tossed salad. (Your choice)
Snack: Raisins, prunes, or dried fruit
Dinner: One steak and a baked potato
DAY 3 Menu
Breakfast: Mushroom omelette without cheese
Lunch: Capsicum Salad
Snack: One carrot
Dinner: Corned beef (Not Tinned) with cabbage, a boiled potato and carrots.
DAY 4 Menu
Breakfast: One boiled potato
Lunch: Nuts with red berries 
Snack: Nuts and red berries
Dinner: All the baked or poached fish you can eat
DAY 5 Menu
Breakfast: All the hard boiled eggs you can eat.
Lunch: Salad with smoked turkey, no bread
Snack: As many oranges as you like
Dinner: Meat and vegetable stew, no noodles or rice. You may have two boiled potatoes.
